With the help of volunteers from Greening of Detroit, Gaston and Charon Nogues are making great progress on the Corn Wall on Cornwall project near their home on Nottingham.

Last week they were hard at work cleaning out curbs choked with grass and weeds, and stripping the top layer of grass from the berm. The next step will be improving the soil on the berm to prepare it for flowers. Stay tuned to see the fruits of their labor in next month’s newsletter.
