Emerald Isles Cleanup

Morningside residents gathered on April 27 to clean up and beautify the median on E. Outer Dr. The annual effort is organized by Emerald Isles CDC, which builds community by transforming neglected spaces into beautiful and productive places that everyone can enjoy.

Emerald Isles has also transformed vacant lots at Cornwall and Haverhill into a beautiful commercial and community garden. Stay tuned for updates on Emerald Isles Garden in future issues.
