Morningside’s Featherstone Garden Farm Tables Every Wednesday
Vine-ripe organic tomatoes, hot peppers, green beans, okra, collards, rainbow chard, noodle beans, Thai eggplant, and tomatillos – there’s no better way to ease the transition from summer to fall than with an abundance of organic produce. You’ll find all these great vegetables every Wednesday from 12 to 5 p.m. at Featherstone Garden’s farm stand, 4178 Lakepointe Street, just a couple of blocks north of Mack Avenue. We also offer fruit sourced from Vince and Joe’s Market. If you are interested in purchasing produce but cannot make it to the farm stand, email me at annie@featherstonegarden.com.
About Featherstone Garden
We sell produce year-round to neighbors, the Disability Network of Wayne County, and local restaurants. Our team strives to educate its community on the health and wellness benefits of a plant-centered diet. As a non-certified organic operation, the garden intercrops all-natural greens, veggies, herbs and flowers that complement each other as companion plants, support native pollinators, and contribute to a healthy urban ecosystem.
