Next Bike Ride is Saturday, September 24, featuring Sanctuary Farms

Meet neighbors + explore the neighborhood at our monthly bike ride! On Saturday, September 24th, we are biking to Sanctuary Farms. Sanctuary Farms is a MAEAP environmentally-verified urban farm, located just outside Morningside at 3171 Lakeview Street. It is owned by jøn kent and Parker Jean, who started the farm in 2021.

Participants will meet up at Three Mile Park (4600 Three Mile Drive) at 10:00am. From there we’ll cruise the neighborhood, meandering west until we arrive at Sanctuary Farms. After meeting the owners and getting a short history of the farm, we’ll bike back to Three Mile Park. The ride will be about 6 miles in total and wrap up by noon.
