Nominations for Election Will Occur This Tuesday, April 13th at 6:30pm

We utilize the months of April and May to facilitate our organization's 2-part election process.

The first part occurs at our April 13th general meeting, where the Election Committee will ask for nominations. The second part occurs at the May annual meeting — scheduled for Tuesday, May 11, 2021 — where the committee will conduct the actual election.

This year, nominations are open for the following positions:

President
2nd Vice President
Secretary
6 at-large Board of Director positions

Nominations for these positions will take place at our next meeting — Tuesday, April 13, at 6:30pm via Zoom.

It is also the last qualifying meeting members can attend in order to vote at the May election. Per the bylaws, "A Member shall be required to attend at least three (3) General Meeting in the twelve (12) months prior to an Annual Meeting." So, if you've only been to 2 meetings in the last 12 months, you need to attend this meeting to vote in May!
