Studio on E. Warren is Up and Running - Come Take a Look!

Behind the scenes at the Studio’s first project - Real Estate Rap - a podcast hosted by Brian Owen and Ellen Mahoney, featuring rap artist Tray Little - endeavors to mentor aspiring Detroit real estate investors like Tray.

Back in April we reported on the opening of MorningSide’s East Warren Community Studio (The Studio) and their mission to foster creativity and prosperity within Detroit’s Eastside neighborhoods. Since then, we’ve been refining and building out our video and podcast capabilities and yes, we’ve had our first client!
