Critical Home Repairs for Morningside Residents
Habitat for Humanity Detroit has a long history in the Morningside community, primarily through our homeownership program. We are taking a more holistic approach to our presence in the neighborhood and received feedback from residents that there is a high demand for home repairs. We are excited to announce that we are now launching a Critical Home Repair Program exclusive to Morningside residents!
The Habitat Detroit Critical Home Repair program is designed to address the most pressing health and safety concerns at the property. Our goal is to ensure everyone has a safe place to call home. Eligible homeowners will receive grant funds to cover the cost of the needed repairs.

We will begin accepting applications via our website starting April 12, 2021. Applications will be processed in the order they are received.
