A few years ago, the E. Warren Streetscape was just a dream, illustrated with a series of sketches on poster board. Today, it’s a well-landscaped and inviting business corridor that any neighborhood would be proud to have. Just a few finishing touches are needed to complete the vision this fall.

  • Corner flower beds have been cleared of weeds and are ready for new plants to be put in during the fall planting window.

  • More signage is on order.

  • Miscellaneous paving and concrete work at Courville and the Cadieux intersection should be completed this month.

  • A utility pole at the southeast corner of E. Warren and E. Outer Dr. will be removed and replaced with an ADA ramp.

In spite of all the challenges posed by the pandemic, once construction began, it has remained more or less on schedule. Thanks to everyone who has helped to make this vision a reality!
