MCO's Holiday Lights Contest Returns

It's almost that time again Morningsiders! Our 2nd annual Holiday Lights contest will return this holiday season. Last year's contest saw many homes showcase festive decorations and colorful lights throughout our community.

The details of the contest will largely remain the same as last year's contest. Nominations will be taken for any decorated home in MorningSide. Feel free to nominate a neighbor, or better yet, if you feel you have the best decorated home, nominate yourself.

There are prizes for best houses (1st/2nd/3rd), best participating block, and best business! For our MorningSide-based businesses, this is your opportunity to showcase your creativity as well.

It's still early, but the sooner you start planning, the better. Last year's contest saw 30 nominations and we expect to double that amount this year.

Email nominations to morningsidecommunity2@gmail.com by no later than Wednesday, December 14th. Please include a photo of the home you want to nominate, along with the home's address.
